Coming off the mini pill?
I was on cerazette for nearly two months but cannot stand the constant spotting that it gave me (had the injection before that, same problem). So I haven't taken it for two days now, I've had some bleeding which seems more like a proper period not just spotting. All I want to know is (and can't find any good info anywhere!) is when can I expect this period (hopefully that's what it is) to go away? And when does your cycle generally regulate itself? I'm so fed up

The bleeding should last about the same length of time as it always has for you. For example my period lasts 4 days when taking birth control pills and after I stopped taking them it stopped after 4 days even though I never started a new pack. A regular cycle though can take longer. Since you only took the pills for a short time it may not take very long for your body to get back to whatever was normal for you before you started birth control. However after taking yasmin for years it took about a year before I started to have normal cycles. I only had around 4 periods that first year. -
Is this normal? Today and last night I've felt very drained and not exactly dizzy just... light? If that makes sense I feel kind of depressed for no real reason? I really want to tough it out though as I don't want to pump my body with synthetic hormones again. I wish I'd never touched them
Feel horrible...
