Hey, I'm going on a beach vacation soon- only to realise that I'm also going to have my period then :/

I heard that it is possible to skip a period when on birth control by simply not taking the white pills, and starting a new pack as soon as the regular pills are finished. Has anyone tried this? Does it work? What are the chances of it not working or having breakthrough bleeding? I'm on the generic form of Yaz, by the way. Thanks

Just skip the placebo pills 7 start a new packet & that shud do the trick - happy holiday.
