    Help! Birth Control

I was recently put on birth control because I have not had a period if 8 months. My doctor told me she would put me on birth control for a few months and then take me off and see if my body takes over and does what it's supposed to..

She said I should start my period near the end of my birth control pack.. Well after taking it for 5 days, I have started my period.. Is this NORMAL?? or should I be concerned that I started it so early.

My husband and I would like to get pregnant after my body starts operating normally, is this a good sign that my periods will get back on track???

    Thank You!!

A lot of women have break through bleeding, if you are taking the combined pill where you take a week off/a week of placebo pills it is common to have bleeding if it occurs for a long time then go see your doctor (as in over 7 days or becomes too heavy I was told by my doctor)

Give it some time. Your body is adjusting and may take several months to regulate itself.
