BD If you can't identify where I said what you claim I said specifically, please don't claim that I said it. An exact quotation usually takes care of that....
Errrrm..........what in the world are you talking about? I quoted your exact words using the quote feature........so I'm not sure what you're referring to nor have I at any point claimed you said something that you did not say. You said you never mentioned medical advice, so I wrote back to you and in quotes showed you where you did indeed refer to "I think we are treading on very thin ice when we give medical advice to people of whom we have no history and no little about". Plain and simple. There it is. Again. See it now?

Have I read the pamphlet that comes in the birth control box? Absolutely. When I first started on the pill I was a nervous wreck. I read the pamphlet in the box in its entirety. Sorry to disappoint, but alot of us women do care about what we're putting in our bodies and want to be informed as possible. Have I called a hotline to ask someone who works for the pharmaceutical company if it's normal for me to have no sex drive, or odd discharge, or loss of hair, weight gain, unbelievable mood swings or spotting? Nope, never, not once. I call 1-800 numbers to ask questions about my cable bill, cell phone, utilities....but no, not frequently about my vagina or reproductive system. I have, however, asked the doctor who prescribed me the birth control. So I'm very unsure of your point here. Have I ever read the pamphlet? Have I ever called the hotline? Have YOU ever taken hormonal birth control? I mean seriously, what's the point here? I'm at a loss.

This is not a debate on whether or not pharmaceutical companies can provide scientific data on a drug. Good grief, anyone with half an ounce of sense knows there is an abundance of scientific data for just about anything you can possibly take. I will REITERATE, the OP was not asking for scientific data or for someone to tell her that "only 5% of users will experience bla bla bla". She asked a question, I (and CW) used our own personal experience to answer her questions. I never said visiting the drug website wasn't informative, I simply said it would not answer the OP's question, which is why I responded to begin with.....to answer the OP's question with my opinion based on my personal experiences and the experiences of many females I've known on hormonal BC. So, with that said, unless the OP has any further questions, I'm done here.

      This, is the question:-

Could this all be caused by the seasonique? Even though i only took 3 pills or could it be something else?
Please feel free to respond to the OP's question at hand...

If anybody feels the need to debate a topic, that has nothing to do with an OP's question, start another thread but be warned, I and the Moderators, do not take lightly, to personal attacks....
