    I stopped using the patch-now I'm sick!

Has anyone had any problems like this when taking off their patch? I've been off it about 1 week now and I'm so light-headed,my whole body hurts, the worst cramps! My vision is sort of blurry at times too.

It can happen. Its because your body has to adjust to not having those hormones.

I agree. I was the complete opposite. When I got off of the patch I felt much better. The patch gave me the worst headaches, and right after I stopped it, the headaches stopped. If it bothers you too bad you should call the doctor that prescribed it to you and see what the side effects are. Anything helps.

I, too, had the some of the same symptoms that you describe when I was on the patch, but as soon as I got off it, they went away. I've heard about 'withdrawal symptoms' related to stopping hormonal birth control, maybe that's what you're experiencing? Check with your gyn.
