    Mirena.. I need help

My daughter will be 1 tomorrow and I have had my Mirena since November. Im starting to link symptoms together and realize that its from my IUD and I'm also getting new scary ones. I developed Migranes after getting this and achne which I have never had on my face I have gained 15 pounds I was 115 when I got pregnant and 118 About three months after she was born and now I'm well over 130 and bloated. my husband has always been able to feel the threads so the first two months I didnt have a period which was nice but then I had one that lasted well over a month and I went to my doctor. She put me on the piill as well to regulate my period and She said It would clear up my face but it hasnt it has been two months and for the last two months I have not been able to enjoy sex because it is very painfull during and after it felt almost like one of the places where I got my stiches had busted open and it feels like my vagina went back to virgin size actually smaller my husband notices the feelin as well I contacted my doctor and they said to wait another month to give the pill a chance to fix it but I'm miserable. My dad paid 1000 dollars for the iud so i dont want to get it removed really Im broke and cant affored another child right now. I missed mypills and I ended up with my daughter so do you have any sugestions or have you experienced this.. Help Me

I have had the mirena for 4 years and wish I would have gotten it out as soon as I had these symptoms. But the reason I didnt was because I had no health insurance for 3 out of those 4 years. So not only could I afford the to get it out but wouldnt be able to afford another source of BC I only suggest that if you dont want another kid this is the only 99.9% way. We also could not afford another kid, and with my weight right now ( i finally have health insurance) I cant afford to have a baby so im dealing with these horrible symptoms, which for me are... no sex drive, weight gain, mood swings, period NEVER predictable, pimples, migraines, and some little ones not so bad I guess. I have to get mine out soon though cause you can only have it for 5 years. Its a catch 22 for us both and my husband has blamed almost everything different about me as far as mood and attitude changes and health problems on the mirena and has made remarks for the last 3 years how i need to get that thing out. There is a new thing out there that goes in your arm, the nuva ring and the shot, witch all cost money if you dont have any health insurance. I am too over weight for the nuva ring and the shot but i may be able to get the arm injection . Good luck is all i can say! Hope this helped!

I'm just trying to figure out why Mirena cost you 1k. I have the Implanon implant, but even though I don't pay for my BC (military) my OBGYN kept pushing Mirena because the base cost was only $300 where the Implanon was $700. There's no way it should have cost $700 for them just to insert it.
