Please help me.. I'm scared sick :'( I'd be so so grateful for help.. pregnancy worry

    Hello!

I've gotten myself into a bit of a pickle. I've recently been put onto Cerazette, these are the first pills I have ever taken and I wasnt given a good talking to about them. These are my problems:

    - I thought you only take one every 24 hours.
    - I didnt know that you had to take them at the same time every day.
    - I have missed two now, and took them the next day as stated on the packet.
    - I havent had a period in since before taking the pills.. Its overdue by a LONG shot.

I havent had a period since a week from starting the pills, I have had unprotected full sex four times now. I dont think I was protected and am worried sick. I think I'm pregnant and I am terrified to take anymore of the pills.
I explained the situation to my boyfreind and he is really annoyed with me.. I'm so upset. Its my fault, but the pills said 'mon - tues- weds' etc.. So I thought it would be one every 24 hours? I'm only eighteen! I dont want a baby yet!

Please help me? Are the chances likely that im pregnant?
    Thankyou.

Well I suggest that without wasting any more time you should go and see a doctor asap. remember that whenever you start taking any medication for any problem in life, you must read the instructions carefully from next time.If you missed one pill and took 2 the next day seems okay but that shouldnt be recurrent, try and choose a time say wake up time or before going to bed, a fixed hour. If you had unprotected sex the first time ,you should take an ipill in the next 24-78 hours. So as I see sweetheart you seem to have gone far,so a doctor will best guide you right now. We are not doctors here and I feel now you should not take any more chances asking. I hope everything goes great for you. Please do share what the doctor advised. Best wishes. Buttercup

Actually, that is not at all true Buttercup.

Never, take two pills if you miss one, ever. Your Doctor will advise you of the same.. By taking two you are adding double of the dosage into your system at one time. If that would be ok, then Doctors would be giving you two pills a day.

Please don't do that again sweet.

It's so easy when you start something new that requires consistency huh

Here's my first suggestion. Something that you do every morning, ie) brush your hair, put the pill packet by the brush, soon enough you will not forget and in the meantime, you can't forget.

The pill also takes time to start working. I believe a month, after your period before you can have un-protected sex.

Try and not stress, that will drag the period out longer.

Go to a Pharmacy and get a Pregnancy test and see where you are at.

Off course, the Doctors can do a blood test and get back to you on that note to.

Please AGAIN don't take two pills.

You can get a morning after pill, if you ever feel that you may have risked it but you have to be a bit responsible now..

Take care and let us know how you go.

        Dear Wish,
I am sorry I agree, I checked. My doc. says if you miss a pill take it whenever you remember it and the next pill should be on the same time as earlier pills.... Apologies I got confused. OOps..
