I have been on the depo shot for 2 years with no bleeing at all. I got my last shot on aug 9th and have been bleeding ever since!!!!! Is this something that I should be concerned about??????

Did you get your shot on time, or was it a little late? I don't think it is anything to be concerned about. Spotting/bleeding is one of the unfortunate side effects of the drug (as is absolutely no bleeding EVER while on it, oddly enough).
If you're worried and want to put your mind at ease, your best bet is to call your doctor, explain what's going on and get his/her opinion. -
