According to girls I've spoken to you wont feel too great for a couple of days due to hormonal 'stirring'.

I take it you followed the instructions on the pack, yah? If so, you should be fine. A stomach upset is probably a good indication it has kicked in, it wont make you feel better, that much I do know.

Am I allowed to have pain medication or headache medication? Or will it effect "the pill" ? I felt nauseas and had a tiny headcahe but it has passed now, when do I expect my period to start. According it should happen the next day or within a few hours? Please let me know anyone?

snake, which kind of pills did you take? - there are a few different options for the morning after pill

do you still have the packaging? There should be some direction in there as to what to expect - otherwise, if using Plan B (from what I've heard anyway, never taken it myself) the morning after pill can actually delay your period for upwards of a week. And of course, every woman is different. Some who use the pill get their period within a day or two, some don't get it until their normal menstrual cycle time, some don't get it until a week or so after that. Try to calm down as best you can. I know you're scared, but stress can (and does) delay a woman's period even more.

You can also take some OTC pain relievers if you don't feel well. Although try to stay away from the acetaminophen-type relievers because of liver interactions.

Do you have a doctor or a nurse practitioner you can call?
