    I really need help please?

I just started birth control a month ago. so today will be my completion of my first packet. I have the generic version of ortho cyclen. During my inactive pills my fiance ejaculated inside me. Today i started spotting ALREADY on my last pill. I haven't gotten my period fully. Could I be pregnant or just getting used to birth control? Is it possible to start your period during active pills?

As long as you took your pills correctly and start your new pack on time, then the pill continues to protect you during the inactive/placebo week. My boyfriend and I often have sex during my inactive week. He always finishes inside me, and we haven't had a pregnancy scare yet.

The spotting is probably just you adjusting to your new pill cycle. Once your cycles are regulated, you will probably start your period three or four days after your last active pill.

Plan B was probably a mistake. It will probably mess up your pill cycles. You might want to call your doctor and ask how to go about taking the pill this month.

      HTH.
