Take all medications, including Birth Control, Exactly as prescribed ! Do not break them in half or skip doses.
Your Dr. knows whats best for you . If you do have problems with the Dose, the Dr. can adjust it.
Remember it takes time for your body to adjust to the BC, half dosing will cause more complications with your Body than taking the Prescription as Directed. You could put your body on a Roller Coaster and make it even longer to become stabilized on a BC that will work as it should. Your Dr. can do blood work to test the hormone level, He or She will know if it is too Much or too Little.
If Sexually Active, use a Condom until you are on a BC that you are comfortable with. and one that will Protect you from Pregnancy.
