Should I be okay or consider getting Plan B? Thank you!

I took my pill a few hours late and had unprotected sex, advice?
Hello lovelies! I take my pill at 8 AM and have not missed a day since I started taking it. On Saturday, I took the pill at 4 PM. My boyfriend and I had sex around 3 AM on Sunday (about thirteen hours after taking the pill). Then on Sunday, I took my pill at 8 AM. He didn't finish inside of me (I know because he did on my stomach). I take Seasonique - which is a combination pill and has low levels of estrogen.
Should I be okay or consider getting Plan B? Thank you! -
I started in June! On a side note, I started taking it because my periods were unbearable and it's remarkable how much it's helped hahaHow long have you been taking it? If you are most of a month or several months in then you don't need to worry. Your body never released an egg that month anyway or is past implantation time. If you just started birth control pills you may want to consider plan B but the odds are still low.Comment

I'm on seasonique and miss a pill all the time. Problem is I'm really sensitive to missing a pill. It leads to bleeding the next day and sometimes I end up letting my period happen by taking the other color pills, finishing the pack and starting a new one right away so it's 4months or whatever between periods instead of 3. Of course I don't have to worry about pregnancy since my husband had a vasectomy and I'm just taking it because my hormones and periods are so out of whack without pills so I don't worry about the time I take it just that I took it that day so I don't start bleeding.Comment

If you were only eight hours late with one pill you should be fine. You can read the instructions that come with each pack where it tells you what to do if you miss a pill, but I think 8 hours for just one pill is within the safety zone. I'm not on seasonique, but I have missed a pill by several hours before with no problem even though my fiance finished inside me. Plan B would mess up both your pill cycle and your period schedule.Comment
