    Opps I need some advice

So I accidentally dropped my birth control pill. I've searched everywhere for it. My question is can I just let it be and take tomorrows like normal? I don't have a spare pack and I'm hoping to switch back to my first type of birth control so I don't want to have to get another pack of this stuff if I can switch.

It's not advised to skip a day, but on the instructions it usually says 1 missed day isn't something you should be concerned of as long as you take the next one at the correct time. If you're a little worried about it, make sure to use a condom until you can switch or start your new pack (and when you start a new one make sure you read how many days it needs to be in your system before having unprotected sex).

Call your doctors office or pharmacist to confirm that info-use a back up like condoms until you know for sure.

I'd just take the next one and have a 1 day short cycle. You should not need to use other methods when switching from one bcp to another so long as you start the new one on time. I had a couple years where I went from yasmin to mirena iud which came out, to lybrel which had breakthrough breeding for months to seasonique and I was told by multiple doctors I didn't need to use any other method or take plan b for the days we had sex during the switches. Since seasonique is a 3 month pill (2months 3weeks full dose pills and 1 week very low dose for a mild period) I often pop all the regular pills out in to a spare pill bottle rather than those stupid packages they come in and throw the last page with the week of low dose pills in the drawer by the bed to take when I run out of the other pills. I don't pay attention to what day I start anything, half the time I don't know what day of the week it is anyway, so I don't worry about shortening, extending, or otherwise altering my cycle.
