Well Maggie, there is that 2% chance nothing is complete 100% then many birth control companies. Would be sticking there neck out saying that then being sue when the women gets pregnant. But many women have been taking the pill for years with a high rate of success.When out driving always turn left. I think it's actually more like 99% for perfect use. Slightly lower for average use like the people who forget their pill. I had a friend in highschool that got pregnant 3 times on the pill. Dunno if she was horrible about taking it or it just didn't work for her. There is always a chance. Even if you use pills and condoms there is still a chance. Sterilization techniques even have a small failure rate. They are just very unlikely chances of it happening.Comment
