I've heard that they have brought back sponges. I was too young to know what one was the first go around, but now am interested. Has anyone used the new sponges? Are they uncomfortable, itch, burn? Whatever info you have from experience....Same for spermicides, I've only had spermicidal condoms. I have not actually used gels or creams.

This is a great question. I am intersted in finding a method of birth control that does not involve consuming or injecting some hormonally altering medication. I am anxious to hear what everyone has to say about this. I wasn't sure what would be better... that or a diaphram as I have not used either. Hmm... -
