I would maybe contact your doctor if you are concerned about the bleeding but it does depend how long you have had it. I would advise just talking to the guy you are with, explain that you are on the implant and that that means you are very unlikely to get pregnant if that is what he is worried about. Ask him about his concerns and then you can find a way to reassure him.Comment
