Libido is gone since being on the pill

I've been on 3 brands of the pill and noticed my libido disappeared since then. I've stopped the third brand about 4 months ago and it still hasn't come back, I've heard for some women it can take over a year which I'm worried will be the same for me. I had my hormones tested and they came up normal so I have no idea what I can do to try get it back.

Just wondering is it safe to stop and start the pill? I felt like it was coming back after stopping the second brand but when I started the third brand it vanished again.

What's everyones experience with the pill, anything similar?

    Very similar.

Remember that regardless of your libido, every time you stop and start a new pill it can take 3 months or more to adjust to it.

Once I went off of hormonal birth control and stayed off of it, my libido returned.

It took a long time for me to adjust, I'd say over 6 months. It's been many years now, but I strongly encourage you to find another method you're comfortable with.
