Hello! I've been on the combo pill (generic of Tri-Sprintec) for 4 years now. I take my pills every night at or around the same time never missing. More recently, I've been getting light breakthrough bleeding towards the end of my active pills. I also feel like I get lower back pain like I'm cramping and about to get a period. It doesn't happen each month but I've had this for maybe 4 cycles. Does this make my pill less effective? Is the drop in hormones a cause for this? Wondering if anyone has/had the same problem with combo pills.
