shaving with conditioner?
Has anyone tried shaving with hair conditioner on their legs instead of other shaving gels? All the gels I use just don't work well enough. I always get cuts and ingrown hairs and sometimes my skin itches. Not to mention stubble that never goes away. Shaving is just a nightmare for me. I tried using hair conditioner tonight and I think I might try it a few more times to see what I think. -
My skin is overall very sensitive I haveto space out my shaving I am using and have been really liking a waterless shaving cream its called bee luscious shaving cream. I use it after the bath you put a thin layer shave then left ove product you rub into the skin and it leaves your skin so soft and it lasts my skin has really improved a ton.Comment

Hair conditioner really works!
My Sister put me on to it a few years ago - even my mom didn't know about it.
Give it try -- you have nothing to loose by using up the remaining conditioner in a bottle! Just make sure you use a newer sharp razor and rince it often as it seems to "gum up" otherwise.Comment

Typically I just use soap, but when I'm trying to make my legs (or other areas) feel especially soft I use conditioner. I figure hair is hair, so why not? It's worked for me for years when I have special occasions.
Ingrown hairs can be a real pain! I would try using an exfoliant on some problems areas if you haven't tried that already. Sometimes it can help. As far as cuts go, just playing around with different razors can help. :-)Comment

Conditioner works really well, but I also use this special shaving cream from a company called "Undercover Wear". They specialize in lingerie and sexy things. It's designed as a shave cream especially for down below, however I sometimes use it on my legs as well. No ingrowns, silky smooth, and you barely have to use any! Give it a try!Comment
