I have not encountered hairy chested females. Not that I am eyeing for one, but really haven't. My gfs and I don't mind baring in one room when we change our clothes or even when we shop for clothes and stay in one fitting room.

I guess I am just not exposed to other ethnicities.

Plenty of women from all ethnicities have body hair, I mean usually it's really thin and soft and isn't noticeable by anyone else, but for many people that's not the case. I have a white friend who has a particularly hairy bum crack (I'll leave it to your imagination how I get to see my female friends naked ). And it seems that a lot of women here in Korea don't bother to shave their legs.

One of my friends is in love with Japan and is always emailing me links to Flickr photosets of things having to do with the country. I've noticed many Japanese women don't shave under their arms either.

Some of my girlfriends have been Hispanic and several of them have hairier arms than most white women and also have lots of fine but very dark hair across their torso.
