Long and slow periods.
Hi. I am 24. I have never had regular periods. Just over the past 5 months or so, The have been coming more regular but they are very, very light and they seem to last like 3 weeks or so. This is very depressing. Can some one give me some advice or can possibly tell me whats happening? Thanks!

I just recently had sex for the first time in like 4 or 5 months.. a week before it happened I had cramps and was thinking I was about to start my period..and now after having sex its been a week and a half.. and I still get cramps, but my period still has not started.. The guy wore a condom... so what could this possibly mean? -
There are a number of questions I could ask both of you. Are you over/under weight? How is your diet? Do you exersize regularly? Too little body fat and you stop menstrating. Best thing to do is get in to the doc, have an exam, maybe a sonagram, find out why. Everyone is different, get some answers specific to you.Comment
