What's that smell?
I am having a problem with the smell of my vagina. I am not having any pain and no itching or burning but my vagina has a strong odor and I don't know what to do about it. I am in Iraq right now and I only get to shower every other day. I am wondering if that has anything to do with it and if there is a way I can help with the scent. I wear cotton underwear and eat well. I work out at least 5 days a week. Is there any easy fixes to help with the scent that don't involve douching? I would appreciate any help. -
Douching can upset the natural balance and depending on what it is might make it worse. Can you get a hold of some yogurt? (They live on the stuff in the Middle East) Eating yogurt may help and using it intra vaginally may help - I'd use the unflavored for that simply because the flavored stuff has sugar in it. Maybe do that before bed when you know you'll get a shower the next day?
Lots of salad may help, greens are a natural internal deodorizer. If it's your natural scent, that's loaded with pheromones and that makes you one enticing woman !! -
HA! Although, right now I do not feel so enticing! Thanks a ton! I will see if I can find any plain yogurt. Eating at the chow hall every day can make it hard to eat right. I will seek out some more delicious greens to fill my plate with. That is really interesting that they are "internal deodorizers"! I am going to load up on broccoli and salad every meal! Hopefully this helps! Thanks a ton from the Mid-East!Comment
