Ok so my last normal period was on Dec 3 08, but it was a little late. I missed a period in nov, i was suppose to start around the 23 but i didnt till dec 3 and everything was normal. My boyfriend was coming to see me cuz he was out of state for a while. When he got here it was the 6th of dec. We didnt fool around till 8th, He fingered me as he usually does,he used 1 finger and i was still on my peirod and the next day it stop and i usually am on it for 5-7 days. a few days later, there was a little blood as i wiped after using the bathroom. It didnt concern me much then. He left on the 22nd and when i got home i went to the bathroom and wiped again and there was more brownish blood but it was light. It was like i was on my peirod again but brown and not heavy like it usually is and no cramps. So now on jan 5 i started bleeding brown blood and i was thinking it was my period but i usually have really bad cramps to the point of crying but, i dont now and it not heavy its more light then it usually is. And i am still bleeding on this day, i should stop tomorrow. There are brown blood clots and brown long slimy strings when i wipe sometimes too, it doesnt smell horrible, but it doesnt smell like my normal period blood. Could he have damaged something up there? or is something else wrong? Also i have never had sex, just fooled around and i am not on any kind of birth control. This is the first time this has happened to me. I am 17 and have had regular periods since i started when i was 11.

If someone can answer me soon that would be grateful. Sorry for the long post im just worried thats all.

I'm experiencing something similar to you, about mid way through my cycle i started spotting brown blood and also sometimes had the brown clots. i thought nothing of it and thought it would go away. its now been 7 days and it is lighter than it was and there are no clots at the moment, it's mostly only there when i wipe. im 19 years old and on no form of birth control i had protected sex with my boyfriend about 2 weeks ago and the condom didn't break. my cycles normally pretty regular and im now due on in a week. Is this anything i should be concerned about? or shall i just let it run its course and wait till my period comes and then it should go? i should also add i have spotted between periods before but im not sure i've ever spotted this long.

I would also be grateful for any answers, i am feeling a bit concerned at the moment

I experienced something similar to this...right before my period was supposed to start, I noticed the kind of brown discharge ya'll have described...I made an appointment with my doctor and saw her and she said it's normal and not to worry about it, it was just my body's way of "cleaning things out." I was so stressed out also, but felt SO much better once I got my period and things got back to normal.

I am having the same type of problem. My period is dark brown and sometimes when I wipe, it's red and clotty. I am very worried I may be pregnant. My boyfriend and I have had sex but we used a condom! I've never had brown blood before now. My period usually comes at all different times of the month and only lasts for about 5 days. What could this mean?
