It can come back, but it won't necessarily be often. You need to start taking better care of your body and your vagina. Both will take care of themselves if you give them the right materials to work with (healthy diet, exercise, no soap in your sensitive bits, etc.) As long as you aren't messing with the chemical balance of your vagina with things like soap and douches, aren't wearing very tight clothing on your crotch, and aren't eating a great deal of sugary junk, your vaginal health should be tip-top.

No, that's not how yeast infections work. Unless your partner has "caught" it from you. If you're taking a break from sex until it heals, you should be fine.

Leave the yogurt in for an hour or so while you are relaxing - read a book or something laying down. It works well at night with a pad. A good way to keep clean and fresh without irritation is to get a small plastic watering can, cut the spout off to 3 or 4 inches and keep it in your bathroom. Fill it with warm water, sit on the toilet and use it to rinse your vulva. No mess, easy, simple and cheap.Comment

Thanks for the responses from Little and WIldchild, I am really happy I can share things over this forum, very helpful!
So, it has been two days already since I applied yogurt on my vagina,
1st day: I ate yogurt at the mall, then I bought a plain one with L.Acidophillus in it, went home, put it on the fridge, and applied the plain yogurt onto my vagina, it felt really good, really calm down the itch.. Actually I already felt it wasnt that itchy after I ate yogurt at the mall (was it just me or the yogurt really worked that fast??!!)
2nd day: I ate yogurt again, but it was different... I wasnt sure if fermented milk can be categorized as yogurt but the kind I ate had no L.Acidophillus on the package... then after I went home (from work) I took a shower then after shower I looked at my vagina I saw the white stuff was still there, so, before I apply the yogurt again I peeled off the white stuff using cotton bud, actually it was easy to peel it off, it was very soft.. I cleaned my vagina from all the whitey thing, but I was thinking how deep should I clean that whitey cuz when I went deeper inside with a cotton bud, I noticed that the whitey is not on the vagina surface but it is also inside.. I wonder... but I didnt go deeper than that.. after the surface is clean then I applied the yogurt... after a couple of hours it was itchy so I washed it ..then I felt better. but my v area was too dry... maybe that made me feel discomfort.
3rd day (today): I dont feel itchy that much today ... hope it's getting better... I'm gonna still doing my yogurt therapy... hope it will cure me....Just living is not enough. One must have sunshine, freedom, and a little flower. ~Hans Christian AndersonComment

If you are using a latex condom, the next time you have sex try using a non latex condom and see if there is any difference. If there is no symptoms with a non latex condom you may have found your culprit. If it is still the same way, check to see if the condom has a spermicide, if it does try using one without spermicide and see if you have a change with that.
If you are using protection every time and there has been no breakage its probably not so likely to be a disease, especially if the irritation is more internal. Of course gential wart/herpes type std can be passed on in the areas not protected by the condom so its still not possible to fully rule it out without a check up (know you didn't want to hear that).Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.Comment
