    Quick question..Anus and gynecologists?

Are issues involving the anus something you go to a gynecologist about or is there someone else you should go to?

An OB/GYN deal with women's reproductive health. Start with your family doctor, they may refer you to a proctologist.

Thanks, now I have another problem. I'm new to the city I live in and I don't have a family doctor, where do I go?

If you have insurance start by checking with them, they can provide info on doctors on your plan. Otherwise, ask people or check the local phonebook for a general practictioner or family doctor.

Thanks. I keep second guessing where I should go. The problem I'm having is skin tags (i think) and they are on the lower part of my vagina and around my anus so there is a possible they could be some sort of std so I'm not sure if I should go to the ob/gyn to start with or a regular doctor.
