Menstrual Cramps......
I get very painful menstrual cramps and I was wondering if there were any things to help reduce the pain. Preferably something I can grow myself or take in a tea form, but I'm willing to try anything. My doctor suggested the drug LorTab, but it is very strong and it makes me dizzy and drowsy; I would much rather use a quick remedy with no side effect. Any tips you have would be great! -

I am usually done with cramps by day 2. I am having some cramps and nausea. Nausea is very uncommon for me to have on my period... any thoughts? I think Menopause was SUCH a welcome to me, after a life-time of severe menstrual pain! I also try for better remedy!
