okayy so for the last two weeks at least i'd say
i have these darker spots of skin on my vagina. they're
not really raised but kinda. they don't hurt or itch at all
they're just theree.... idk what should i dooo

I assume you mean your vulva or labia? Did they just appear? Get it checked by a doctor. I have "hyper pigmentation" along the edges. They biopsied me years ago and it's just pigmentation. But go find out

well i looked up what you said and from pictures thats what it looks like.
that makes me worrieddd tho, you said you've had it for years..
does that mean theres no way to get rid of it? :/

Nope, it's caused by the same thing that causes moles, it's just extra pigment
