Okay this is a little embarrassing.
To start off I've been with my fiance for over 3 years we are both our firsts and only. I'm 21.
I have SEVERE pain everytime i masturbate (i play with my clit). The pain is in my left side of my abdomen. At first it would only last about 15 minutes and not that bad but now its steadly gotten worse. Last night I did it and came, it hurt so bad I was in tears (and i only did it once and usually I can do it for awhile and orgasim alot). The pain in my abdomen lasted for about 30 minutes and felt like someone shoved a knief in my abdomen and i was throwing up and was sooo hot that i felt like i was going to pass out. Now im also bleeding with that and have cramps for hours! I also bleed with sex. This is not during menstrating.
I've been to 8 different doctors. I had lapascopy surgery for endometriosis but i dont have that but i did have a small cyst on my left ovary (the doc did a biopsy and didn't remove it because it was so small and said it was okay). I don't have any infections..though i did get a recurring yeast infection because my fiance had jock itch and the doctor cured that.
None of the doctors know whats going on. This has been going on since i we started haveing sex, since i got the gardasil shot, and the depo shot. All with in a few months at a time (the gardasil and depo was started at the same time).
I am now off of the depo (i got off of it before with no release and i had a period for 6 months). I am now on bc pills.
Can anyone help..PLEASE!! IM SO DESPERATE AND TIRED OF THE PAIN!! and tired of the run around with doctors( who think im making it up because i've been to so many, or they dont know whats going on and make up excuses, and with those that dont listen) Thanks!

Wow! I think your body is trying to tell you something. Have you considered getting off all the artificial hormones and giving you body a chance to normalise? See what happens. I'm guessing that with so much pain and bleeding you aren't having much sex? How about trying a diaphram while you are working this out?
Orgasm essentially is a series of contractions but they shouldn't be painful. You may find a naturopath helpful. They will look at your entire picture - physical, emotional and environmental and helo you work with your body to achieve health. I have personally had more than one occasion when a naturopath helped while an allopath (basic American medicine) couldn't. It certainly couldn't hurt.

Actually i've been having sex just about everyday its not that bad later just a little bit of blood and cramps and usualy goes away by the next day.
But it only does it when i masturbate.
I am getting off the depo (it take awhile for it to get out my system) i hadn't thought of the diaphram. I'll look and see if those work for me. And i will look into naturopath also. Thanks!
I go to the doctor monday i was hopeing maybe their were questions i should ask or different tests. Thanks you guys!

I would look into the cyst on your left ovary growing. Just because the doctor biopsied it doesn't do anything other than tell you if it is cancerous or not. The cyst will continue to grow until it is surgically removed.

Okay im still trying to find a good gyno...grr... I went a few months ago and got an ultrasound done to look at my ovaries and he was one that suggested the same about the cyst but he couldnt find them. I think they like to play hide and go seek. It's funny..i've had alot of ultrasounds for that and only ONE could find my ovaries after looking for about 30 minutes and using two different ways with the different cameras.
I'm calling Monday to the one that I dont really like all that much to make an appointment with him (because he is the one that got close before and did everything before and sent me to the ultrasound person that found my ovaries) and see if he can do that and if they can't i will be getting him to recommend me to a pelvic pain clinic.
I'm also looking into the naturopath also.

Okay ladies it's now worse. Now the pain is after i orgasim with sex. That wasn't happening before. Last night after i jumped up to go clean up, it struck me so bad i fell to the floor in the bathroom. I didn't vomit luckily, but i was in tears. It lasted for about 15 minutes with being pretty bad (but not as bad as when i masturbate) and i was finally able to get up, take some pain med, and get into the bed.
Right now i still have some pain but it's dull, not exactly hurting pain. Kind of like the feeling when you have ur hand in a fist and someone has a hand over ur fist lightly and it feels like it its trying to pop out of my stomache.
I called and made an appointment Monday but i can't get in to see the doctor until the 24th this month. GRR!
I would go to the hospital when it hurts but it takes so long to get there and the pain would be gone by the time i got there. Plus the hospital sucks you wait for hours and you don't get any results. Last time i went there they said they didn't find anything and i was just on my period...which wasn't true. That was a waste of 8 hours.

Neway....anyone got an ideas to ask the doctor to test for? I know im going to get him to do an ultrasound...And most likely he will want to do tests before being sent to a pelvic pain clinic.

BTW i looked into the naturopath but i don't have any anywhere near me. The one close is over 100 miles.
