im so confused im 15 yes i know to young to have sex ive heard it all but i always use protection and im on bc as back up but i was really stupid a week ago i had ended my period and had unsafe sex and he came in me i took the day after pill but now a week from that i had this brown discharge which i think was just old blood but now im kinda on my period im not sure its only been two days so maybe it will go away soon could it be from the day after pill. my friends are freaking me out by saying it could be a miscarage please help im really worried

From what I hear,

the day after pill really messes with your period.

I've heard of a girl's period starting a week or so after they take the pill.

Maybe someone who knows more about this pill, could post something on here.

hey, i took plan b. a week after i took it, i had a really light weird bleeding and this is expected because of the hormones in plan b... the pharmacist told me i should get my period at the same time it normally comes, regardless of the weird bleeding now. its jsut that the hormones are tricking your body into thinking it already ovulated. but i think you'll be fine- the percentage of plan b is pretty high if you take it immediately!
