For the past few months, my periods have been very regular and very light because I'm on birth control, mainly because I used to have terrible cramps. I just had a period 2 and a half weeks ago and a few days ago, I started spotting a little bit. I didn't pay any mind to it, but today, I had really bad cramps and my period got really heavy. I haven't changed birth control or skipped/missed a day. Does anyone know what's happening?
