No menses 2 months...
I havent had my menses for 2 months now. I did HMP and it was negative. Whats wrong? I want to get pregnant so much. But menses does not occur i'm afraid i cant get pregnant? I have gone to the docs and they put me on clomid but without period i cant take them. Tell me whats wrong? -
What do you mean "without period I can't take them"? I could be wrong, but I thought clomid encouraged ovulation which would therfor encourage a cycle to start. Hmm.
Have you had your hormone levels tested? You should do that. You could have a hormone imbalance. Or a fertillity problem. Stress can also cause you to miss periods.
If you don't think your doctor is helping you as much as possible, seek a second or third opinion. -

The dr said that i should start taking clomid on the 2nd day of my menses. But without my period coming i cant take it. I have already had my hormone levels checked. It is all alrite and in balance. I dunno what else to do more. And at the early of january 2006 i was on duphaston to get my menses in order. But after then i stop for a while and menses didnt come at all. So it looks like i have to start taking duphaston in order to get my menses. But by me taking duphaston that is a hormone pill, i gain weight that is increasing. So what shall i do now? Please help me. I really want to get pregnant so much.

talk w/ your doc
I have a similiar problem I have been trying to get pregnant but it was pretty hard being as though i do not get regular periods (maybe 2x a yr). I spoke with my long time doctor and he prescribd me PROVERA, its a medication which in low doses promotes a menstrual cycle. Once my period starts he also prescribed me with Clomid. I will take this medication on the third day of my cycle to promote ovulation. Hopefully (fingers crosed) i will be pregnant soon.

Irregular periods
I am 29 years old and have always had an irregular period. My husband and I wanted to start to try to have children so I kept a log of my cycles. I had the following cycle.
August 31-September 3
October 6-October 9
November 30 - December 4
Thought I was prego, but not
March 30-April 4
June 11 -
I have gone to have a trans vaginal ultrasound before my last period to find out that the lining of my uterous is thicker than normal. Normally it is between 8 and 12 millileters and mine was 15 millileters. I am going to have another ultrasound next week to see how thick it is after this cycle.
