    Period worry

    Hello,

I hope someone can reassure me here!

This month I had light spotting which started exactly a week before my period was due. It was really light and I had a similar thing last month mid cycle. The bleeding got heavier on the day my period was due and I'm assuming this is my actual period now. However, its a lot lighter than usual and stops and starts a bit, ie I had no bleeding this morning, yet now its started again!

I'm 32 (and definately not pregant!), and my periods have always been really regular, so this is a bit strange for me.

Does anyone have any similar experience so I know I'm not alone!

    Thanks

    Lucy

our bodys are always changing. Periods can be effected by many things. Stress, sudden weight gain or loss, being over weight among others. I've had spotting prior to my period. are you under any stress

      Hello,

Thanks for the reply. No I'm not really under any more stress than usual I don't think.

I'm just abit paranoid when it comes to any change in my cycle.
