dry painful sex - can anyone advise?

for months now the sex i've been having with my partner is incredibly painful despite lots of foreplay and warming up. we spend at least 20-30mins before intercourse with foreplay and i always have multiple orgasms but i just dont get any more 'ready for sex' and stay really dry. it means i can only have sex for about 5mins before the pain is unbearable....which....sucks! i also bleed because of this and have a painful vagina for the next day or too. it is having a real impact on our relationship and im desperate to get it sorted.

i think it could be related to other vagina issues i've been having. a year ago i had thrush, which then developed into BV, back into thrush.....i've been to see the GUM clinic (sex clinic) about 6 times this year but the last 3 times that haven't actually found anything wrong but has prescribed me with thrush cream just in case. but there is definitely something wrong - i'm really smelly 'down there' which is kinda embarrassing and different to what it was like before. discharge is heavy and white and i'm super dry! feel like it's too early to have dried up, i'm only 25!

please help, i want to enjoy sex again!

    xx

sounds like it may be a yeast infection. I know Thrush can be hard to get rid of. You need to See A Gynecologist. and maybee take a break from Intercourse.

Get both of you checked and treated, he may not have symptoms but could be infecting you.
Prior to the infection had you had trouble with dryness?
