Menstural Pain

i have a lot of back pain and and i run out of breath many times during the first day or period.
i know this is normal...but i just wanted to take a pill to relief my pain.

do you have pain during menstruals?
how do you relief it?

Advil, Tylenol, take your pick. Any type of over the counter pain reliever will help.
