i dunno whats going on
ok well my last normal period was on aug 8th and i usually have my period every 33 to 35 days. but there has been a month where it was 40 days apart but this only happened once. so after aug 8th i didnt get a period till 49 days later on sept 25th and it started brown then some red and pinkish color and lasted about 4 days but i didnt have the usual cramps and it was light and i normally have a heavy period. after this i took a hpt and it was neg. about 12 days later i took another one and it was neg. i was still worried i might be pregnant so i took another one like 10 days after and still neg. so this week i got what i hope is my period. this time it was 25days after the 49 day period. this time it was still brown and sometimes red. i didnt have any cramps like i should and it is light and has lasted 4 days. i plan on taking another hpt next week but i was wondering if this happens to women at sometime in there life. i'm almost 21 and have had a period since i was 13. i would also like to say that i have had a cold at the beginning on sept and now in the mid of october if that has anything to do with it. thanks for your replies... im so confused! -
Well. There are lots of factors that could affect your period, and my first instinct is to say that this is normal!
I'd like to point out though that hpts are not very reliable, according to statistics. I mean, at least not as reliable as we'd like! So if you're still worried you could be pregnant, I'd go get one done at a clinic. And while you're there, you could explain your concerns to a professional.
