I started using progestrone cream and it's worked wonders for me. I have endometrosis and have tried several different pills, diet and exercise changes, even surgery and nothing came remotely close to helping me as much as this cream. You can get it at the health food store.

Another thing that works for me is a calcium supplement and tons of exercise.
