Yes, your temps are one way of doing it (BBT), but the most effective way is charting your cervical mucous. I have been doing this for a number of years now and I not only know when my fertile and non-fertile days are, I have discovered a deeper sense and knowing of the energy that moves through me every month. It has been the single most empowering experience and knowledge that I want to encourage all women to learn. the method I use is called Natural Fertility Education, in fact I am now a Natural Fertility Educator!!
