Week early period last two months??

Well, my periods have been like clockwork for quite sometime.. Last two months though, they've been a week early (each month) I used to get my periods in the middle of the month, around maybe the 12,13,14, it never strayed far from those days if at all. But in November I ended up with a little surprise on the 6th.. everything still went as usual though, still lasted the 6 days, cramps on the 2nd day only, like mine always are.

This month, it's just now shown up today, on the 2nd... I have been a tad stressed, I wouldn't say bad, but.. my husbands in Iraq so.. and I've also started taking pre-natals (in the middle of Nov.) since we were planning on a kid when he gets back. Would they maybe be part of the culprit?

I haven't been eating any differently, nothings really changed otherwise. Maybe a little tmi.. sorry, but I have noticed I even still have the ewcm (egg white cervical mucus)... which i've understood to mean you are ovulating (which is what i'm really worried about)... Sorry for such a longwinded post haha, just a little worried as I hardly ever even had irregular periods when I first started...

Could there possibly be a hormonal imbalance in your body?

I guess it could be a possibility, all I've done is go to websites looking for signs, symptoms, of anything, hormonal imbalances to pcos. According to them I don't have any of the symptoms for anything. Everything is just like its always been, I just thought it was really kind of awkward how everything used to be like clockwork & then bam.

I've been told everything from it could be the stress of my husband being over there, worrying about the kid thing, I just lost a pretty good friend about a month and a half ago... to it could be the prenatals (which sounded just wierd to me..).. to well, sometimes your periods just randomly change & they'll go back to normal.

        Welcome to the Forum

        1. Are you on birth control or other methods.

        2. Your other half is in Iraq, how are you? That must be stressful.

Stress changes our body dramatically... To the point of irregular periods, if overly stressed.

No birth control, & the only sort of pills or vitamins i'm taking are the prenatals. It's not so bad anymore, hes only got a month and a half left over there so just counting down the days now =)

            Ah so excitement

            Well 1) that's still stress..

            2) Not being on the pill. Each 3, 4 years we change, our body changes, each 10 years we are ready for more rinkles

When your body is out of wack, we usually need something to assist control it, some people not many can have "no birth control" and be clockwork. MOST can't.. somewhere along the line the body seems to what ever reason need help?

Pending on what you want when your man gets home, no babies or babies as to which way to go but you definately have to put this all on the line to a Doctor and let him/her advise you.

We can only give you opinions.

            Personally, welcome to the Forum.
