I get UTI's a lot, one thing I found helps is to pee with your labia spread open and wipe when done with labia spread open. You can do this with one hand using two fingers on one hand spreading the labia and the other doing the wiping. I beleive even so you keep yourself clean down there, there still is some bactria waiting for you to pee.
