I had went to my Gyneo and she told me i had an ovarian cyst.
I have a large grape size growth bump inside of my vagina though that im going to discuss with her next time i go. But would it have anything to do with my CystÉ

I don't think it does.... I have has many cyst and have had them burst and rupture and it is not related to any of the other problems I have.

Yeah but there's different cysts. I have PCOS myself. There's women who have little cysts that break and there's no problem, but there's also women who have really big and painful cysts.

I also have PCOS and my cysts break when I get my period and I think in my opinion that it hurts worse then regular periods but nothing to be worried about... :-)
