    Polycystic Ovaries

    Im Young, and have been told i may have the chance of having Polycystic ovaries
    I know it loads of cysts on the ovaries
    but is it bad to have it, how do you get it, i want to know more please help !!

    I have PCOS too, and my doctor said it was because of my lifestyle. You should watch what you eat and avoid too much sweets. A healthy diet wouldn't hurt. Ask your doctor what treatment would he recommend.

    A lot of info about PCOS is available on the net. =)

      I have cysts aswell. I was quite scared at first when I was diagnosed with it, but my life's no different now. I get pains sometimes but I'm not sure if it's the cysts causing it.
      They can be really bad though. Some go really big and sore.
      I'm just happy I'm still ovulating, cause apparently usually PCOS makes ovulating harder and messes up your period, just makes it irregular. You may see some changes or odd things about your body that have been caused by unbalanced hormones.
      And also...I think the majority of the women with the syndrome are overweight. I'm really skinny though and still have it.
