Do I suffer from an embrionic tumor?

    Hi everybody:

This is my first post here and despite I can speak English, what I would like to share with you is something that I don't know exactly how to explain and I really hope you can understand what I mean and help me, as I am very concerned about it.

To being with, four years ago I was diagnosed of endometriosis and I had an ovary operation and eveything turned out well. A week ago, in the latest ecography which took part, a cyst was detected at the left ovary, splitted into three parts. The doctor gave me a report of this ecography and this is what it's contained in it:

Uterus with a normal shape and morphology. The right ovary is normal and at the left ovary has been found thick septum and positive doppler with a resistance rate of 0.53 (normal), as well as hiperefringence areas near the the area of vascularization (an embrionic tumor?). Overall, the cyst's size is 30x32 MM (1.18 x 1.16 inches)

First of all, I would like to know if this embrionic tumor is malignant and/or the chances for it to be malignant. Would it be necessary to undergo a new surgery to remove it? Could this be a kind of obstacle when it comes to get pregnant? And last but not least, could it be an endometriom instead of an embrionic tumor?

I am turning to you because I won't be able to stop by the doctor's office again until April (Spanish Social Security works this way - this bad) and I am concerned about this.

I appreciate a lot your help. Truly, thank you very much in advance.

    Kind regards

    Welcome to the Forum puchi.

To answer this, in reality is very difficult because firstly your Doctor is not sure, he poses a question mark...

I suspect he will run more tests between now and April to determine.

Embrionic tumors are states as being malignant, I read up also that they can work with cells in most cases if this is the case.

Unless someone here has gone through this, we may not be able to give you any thoughts, opinions but hang about, as it may be the case that someone knows of someone that has.

Thank you very much for your reply and your kindness.

I expected it to be difficult to "diagnose" via online with the report itself. Anyway, I had to try it at least.
