I can't use normal soap at all, so I use sorbolene soap for everything (washing hands, showering the body, including the vagina). It's non-drying, no perfumes/dyes etc, and fine for sensitive skin. I can also get one that has added Vit E for moisturising.

I use it in the shower when I wash, including my vagina. I use a soaped-up washcloth, but not too soapy, and I wash the crotch area to clean up any sweatiness/dirt, including the labia (inner and outer but I don't scrub it hard or anything) and right round to the anus, but I don't clean "internally." In fact I have never douched or anything like that but find that (if you keep a good diet, etc) the vagina is quite good at keeping itself healthy.

Back in my 'teens I believed the advertising junk about 'vaginal odors' and used pre-packed douche and 'fem hygene' sprays. Amazing how slick marketing folks are! Since learning better in my 20's, havn't used anything inside, and only wash the outer labia gently w/ water. Agree - vaginas are best left to cleaning themselves

I'd say DON'T. Coming from someone whos had thrush now for about oooh five months? You vagina naturally cleans itself it doesn't need to be douched or cleaned with soap. The furthest I go is use some non-perfumed extra sensitive feminine wipes if I have some discharge.
