    Please can someone help

I went into the hospital about a month ago with pains in my right side they never tested me for anything they just sent me home with anti biotics and said they thought it was a pelvic infection.

I had to go back in around a week ago because i had took the anti biotics and the pain has not got better its got worse and i was bleeding for 11 days.

I also noticed when i was having sex that if pressure was put on my right side the pain was unbarable.

I was addmited back in to hospital and was in there for a couple of days they did an ultra sound and the results were

a thin continuous endrometrial echo and free fluid in the POD / right adnexa.

I know through the results that i havent got POD or anyother urine infection, i was sent home with morphene and some other strong pain killers and know i am just waiting for the doctor.

Can anyone tell me what my results mean from the ultrasound as all the things i am looking up are cancer and menopause and i am only 26.

The results only came in yesterday so the doctors at the hospital just thought it was POD.

Any help would be great thanks.

a thin continuous endrometrial echo (this is the lining of your womb)

and free fluid in the POD / right adnexa. (this could mean that you had an ovarian
cyst that burst. That would certainly account for your pain, and the fact that the
    antibiotics didn't work).
Have you heard from your doctor yet?

I've had ovarian cysts before and similar symptoms from them, the first one disrupted my periods so much I was bleeding for about 2 weeks at a time then had a week off then another 2 weeks on etc. I also had alot of pain in my side where the cyst was too. A more recent one didn't disrupt my periods but caused pain and fluid in the pelvis but it cleared itself in a few months.
