Haven't had period since January! What should I do?!

    HELP!

I have like no close female friends (if any) to talk to because all my friends are guys so I came on here and was wondering if this is like completely abnormal or something. The last day of my last period was January 30th. And...it looks like its April now! But I'm definitely NOT pregnant! I took the home tests with my first morning pee and all that, and I definitely don't feel pregnant (I've been before and I'm not experiencing any of those symptoms -breasts, nausea, insanity etc). I don't know what to do. I'm only 20 years old so it can't be menopause, right?! Unless it comes early sometimes? I have no idea! Any advice?!

Has your diet changed? Exercise regime? Stress, anything? Our cycles can get messed up from the slightest shift in daily activities, etc.

When are you due for your yearly exam? If it is not soon, I'd go ahead and call and get into the Dr.

nothing has changed. still eating the same stuff (pretty monotonous diet)... still doing the same exercise videos and crunch routines...not stressing out (just went on an 8 day vacation in hawaii...) and this year has been the least stressful time of my life. the only thing thats been a big change since the start of my last period was that I started another semester at school but I don't see how that would change anything, I'm anymore physically active than I was before... I had my last exam last october so I'm not due for some time... I don't really have a doctor or health insurance so I guess I'll just wait it out and hope for the best? :\

You could have hormonal imbalance. The most common hormonal imbalance that a woman may encounter is Polycystic Ovaries Syndrome (PCOS). Better have it check with your Gyne.

whoa. that is so weird. I mean okay, honestly, the only real big change that I've been seriously undergoing since the new year is being androgynous and more masculine and unfeminine as possible (no offense to the fems), and its weird reading about it. that would just be stunning. I mean, could me acting like a boy this year actually stunt my ovaries?! thats so nuts...I thought about that but never entertained the possibility...I also dont have a gyno/cant afford one.

          *update*

I also started having some weird crampy feeling when I massage or flex my lower abdominals/ovary areas...and they're starting to get really tender and stiff. and for like 1-2 days of each month since my last period, I've gotten an extremely faint light brownish but blood-smelling discharge and yesterday I had what looked like ovulation-like discharge. it just feels funky in my lower abs overall.
