would rather do research than go to the hosp

First to explain the reasoning behind that one.

If i were to go the doctors at the emergency room would not take me seriously and act like its more of one problem when I've been having problems with the other more.

I've been having period-cramping for the last 4 days and feeling twitching in my lower belly. Today I have this dull ache in my left ovary, this ache extends up to my left kidney.
If I were to go, they would pay attention to one problem, not both...and they're the only hospital close to me.
This may be another kidney infection, maybe not. Anymore I'm becoming prone to them. BUT like I said, this kidney pain just started this morning, and I had been cramping before this

So, I'm not dying from the pain at the current moment. It's more of an annoyance really.
So is there any where on this site or a link that shows home remedies?
I've already broken out the huge glass of water to flush out my kidneys to see if it helps with the ache haha.

Keep drinking water and monitoring the pain. It could be that you're ovulating and have a kidney infection. The two could be totally unrelated. Where are you at in your cycle? What is your period (or pre period) pain usually like?

If the pain gets worse, you should probably go see your doctor, or go to a walk-in clinic.

My period isn't until about around the 30th of each month. I'm regular every month. Pre-period, I tend to cramp, on the day I start. Otherwise I'm just a big mood swing the week before lol.
I would cramp and it would feel very much like I was going to start any minute, but then it would ease up after 10-20 minutes. It was random like that through the whole 4-5 day span. I would either cramp for a short while, or longer than the 20 minutes or I'd go a few hours without any pain.
I'm pretty sure that I've ovulated based on what my body tells me, last week around this time.
I could be wrong though and it could very well be this week, though my body ovulates sooner in the month rather than later.
