am an african aged 21 but i have never experenced my periods and some times i usually faint .i need some help please (edit)

Non periods can create iron deficiency... which leads to fainting, have you been to a Doctor over this?

No periods ever + fainting= please you need a thorough medical evaluation. There is certainly something wrong that requires a detailed clinical examination and investigations as appropriate. Please see a doctor if you have not yet done so and press until there is a diagnosis.Comment
