I went out to find the Instead product for my period and I cannot find this product any suggestions. I have checked Wal Mart, Shopko, Target.

Try online. I put "instead cups" in google and got hits at retailers.

I bought mine at Walgreens and I've seen them other places as well.I've used it once, but never for sex. (I intend to though) & Heck if you buy it and put it in... he'd never have to actually know you're on your period.

I also get horny while on mine, and have found the shower to work perfectly... Easy clean up!

I use a diva cup and I didn't know you could have sex with it in! Have you ever had a problem with it getting pushed too high during sex?
I suppose it doesn't effect me much since my partner isn't bothered by menstraul blood, but that could be very convenient!

I really wish he would even have foreplay with me I just need some satisfaction because I am so horny.
have you had a proper discussion with him about it? honestly, that would be a relationship killer for me, but that's just me.
Talk to him, tell him how you feel, and what you need, and try to get him to unpack his reasons for feeling the way he does about your menstruation. No one should make you feel like you are "diseased" for it. Even if he won't have sex with you when you are menstruating, i would try to make him understand why that kind of behaviour (wanting nothing to do with you) isn't fair.

The Diva cup is different from the Instead cup. Instead sits up high against your cervix, where as the diva cup sits in the vaginal canal, similar to a tampon. I wouldn't be too eager to try to have sex with the Diva cup, since it sits much lower than Instead.

I have finally tried the Instead cup and it worked okay for me I found it a little difficult inserting but not to bad. On removal I made a little mess but not to bad. The best thing is with the blood not showing my BF is more willing to have sex. I had my period last week and he acutally touched me and we had some pretty intense sex. He enjoyed it to but is still a little leary. Now I need to convince him to have sex with me 3 to 4 times a day during my period and I would feel wonderful. If anybody has any tips to inserting the Instead cup let me know.
