Pelvic Pain with UTI and/or BV?

I've never had a UTI or a BV, so I am clueless.
I've been having signs of both so I took a Vagisil Infection home test and a AZO UTI home test.
Both were positive, but the Vagisil said it wasn't yeast, but bacteria. (based on PH numbers)
So I'm assuming they are accurate, plus I have all the symptoms. (and have for a while, but didn't realize they were infection symptoms because I've never had either!)
    But my question is:
Is it normal to have constant pelvic pain and heaviness with either or both of these? It's not severe pain, just an annoying/nagging pain, feels tender, and heavy. This just started lately. It does get worse right after I use the restroom and when I'm very active.

I do get pelvic pain with UTI's sometimes, I've never had BV so I'm not sure how it would compare.

Load up on liquids. Drink drink drink water. Buy those AZO Cranberry pills, they work much faster and more efficient than drinking cranberry juice.

I would go through the weekend with excessive water and cranberry pills. If you are still feeling like this come Monday, call you Dr.

When I had a UTI I didn't have pelvic pain. It was more back/kidney pain. When my BV started, I did have pelvic pain though.

Hmmm, so the pain is most likely from a BV.
I've been on Hyland's Vaginitis and Hyland's Bladder Irritation for a few days now.
