ok I don't know if thats normal or not .. but yesterday I was watching porn and stuff then I went to sleep which is something I do often .. then I woke up today with my period pain and stuff then i found that I have my period .. is that normal???? please help cos I am confused

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking, but the two aren't related if that's what you mean. You were probably just due to get your period is all. Totally normal.
